Josh is a seasoned digital marketer with over 15 years of experience. He is the founder of Mechanic Marketing. After launching his career at Google, he’s deliberately moved closer to the small business world, bringing enterprise-level marketing smarts to the people who need it most: local, hardworking business owners.
Outside of work, Josh is a lover of strong filter coffee, a seasoned traveller (30 countries and counting) and he proudly holds the title of local falafel eating champion.
Teddi Russell
Teddi brings a wealth of experience in digital marketing,. With a sharp eye for performance and a love of all things data, she’s our go-to for strategy, analytics, and performance marketing.
On Saturdays, you’ll find her at Ballina parkrun, where she’s not only a regular runner but also the co-event director.
Off the track and away from the screen, Teddi’s heart truly belongs to vintage cars — especially Eleanor, the iconic ’67 Mustang from Gone in 60 Seconds. Her passion for timeless classics mirrors her approach to marketing: strategic, powerful, and built to last.
